Taekwondo is far more than simply a system concerned with physical prowess, it is also an art directed at the moral development of its practitioners. Classes are offered for adults, children and families. From non-experienced beginners to Olympic competitors.

HAPKIDO - Ideal for Adults, Teenagers and children with Black Belts in TKD
Taught to the Korean Army Special Forces, Hapkido is a martial art used almost exclusively for self defense. In Hapkido, one uses his opponent's weight, speed and power against him. This style incorporates joint locks, pressure points and joint manipulation. Sweeps, throws and falling skills are also used. Recommended for military and law enforcement personnel. Classes for adults, children may participate after they have completed the test for first degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Black Belts are certified through the Korean Hapkido Federation.

WING CHUN KUNG FU - Ideal for Adults, Senior Adults
Wing Chun Kung Fu was made famous by Grandmaster Ip Man, who was the teacher of Bruce Lee. Ip Man and his sons taught another famous Sifu, Samuel Kwok. Sifu Kwok is Sifu Rondy's instructor. Wing Chun is known as the most efficient Martial Art. This art is for close range self defense. The art includes beautiful forms, the wooden dummy, the long pole and the butterfly knives, the Iron Palm and Chi saw or sticky hands techmigues are also used. This class with its lower impact is ideal for adults and senior adults.

TIGER TOTS - ideal for ages 2.5 to 5 years old
Tots offers age appropriate training in a specially designed doejahng. The focus is on coordination, balance, following both visual and verbal directions and cooperative learning. This thirty minute class includes Martial Arts and Tumbling. Tiger Tot students will learn on a rotating curriculum, breaking the requirements to 9th Gup down into more manageable steps.
Students will test before the testing panel and earn easy-to-tie color sashes.

LADY TIGERS - Womens Self Defense System
The Lady Tigers curriculum was created and founded right here at White Tiger by Grandmaster Rondy. One in every three women will experience a need for self defense in their lifetime. The Lady Tigers classes are taught by a woman and are for women only. It’s curriculum incorporates elements from all White Tiger disciplines and focus on practical self defense techniques and the use of non-traditional weapons such as keys, cell phones, shoes, magazines, etc.
There once was a time when Grandmaster Rondy needed a hero. So she became one. She developed the Lady Tigers curriculum to pass on her knowledge and experience so that other women can become their own hero too.

WEAPONS PROGRAM - Ideal for all students Blue Belt and higher
The White Tiger Weapons Program is a great way to supplement or reinforce your Martial Arts skills. The Weapons Program teaches coordination and balance skill sets complimenting the students' existing Martial Arts experience. Students learn basic drills, revised versions of existing forms, advanced weapons form, self defense and demonstration routines.

REDMAN SELF DEFENSE SEMINAR - Ideal for all students yellow Stripe +
In actual self defense the increased adrenaline in your sustem will create internal physical changes altering your responses. Through training and exposure, one can become acclimated to the adrenal stress and learn to override its affects. Students will practice avoidance and learn to use tools such as voice and body language.
Full contact physical techniques can be applied as a last resort against the assailant with the aid of the Redman suit. Scenarios such as stranger danger, bullying, inappropriate touch, date rape, abuse and abduction will be addressed.
